Bubba Cowser Recreation Area (aka Site 2) is located on the northwestern shoreline of Toledo Bend Reservoir south of Joaquin, Texas. Facilities include picnic sites and a single-lane boat ramp. There are no usage fees.
The park is accessed on FM 139 approximately 11 miles south of Joaquin.
