The Texas Clean Rivers Program (TCRP) is a cooperative effort between the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Texas Parks & Wildlife Department  (TPWD), the TCRP Partners, and other federal and state agencies, local entities, and individuals.
