The Toledo Bend Observation Tower (Texas-side) is located at the south end of Toledo Bend Dam adjacent to the Toledo Bend Division Office.  The Tower provides an excellent location to view the Dam facilities as well as wildlife.  Public facilities include restrooms and a viewing platform.
