At the 45th Annual East Texas Regional Water Utilities School in Tyler John Payne, Upper Basin Field Coordinator, was recognized for "Excellence in Education" with the Public Education Award. The award recognized his service to the water utilities services through training in the Texas Watch Volunteer Monitoring program, presentations at TWUA and Lab Analyst Section meetings.
