Coordinated monitoring meetings are scheduled in the Spring of each year to prepare for the upcoming fiscal year. Participants include the Sabine River Authority of Texas, the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission, and other stakeholders in the Texas Clean Rivers Program, Sabine River Basin.
