(Organization) What's New with the Clean Water Action Plan To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Clean Water Act, the Vice President asked the federal agencies to develop and implement a comprehensive plan that would help revitalize the nation’s commitment to our valuable water resources. The result was the Clean Water Action Plan, which was released on February 19, 1998.
