The planning area includes the CCN boundaries of the
participating cities and water/wastewater entities which are generally located
in the eastern portion of
The purpose of the initial meeting will be to designate the study area and review readily available background information such as population, permitted discharge etc.; review the objectives and tasks of the study; and define the objectives of the next meeting which is to be set near 50% completion of the study. The Sabine River Authority of Texas and other study participants believe that the open exchange of ideas and the active involvement of the public and water and sewer service providers in the study area are crucial to achieving a meaningful outcome of the study and we encourage everyone interested to come and participate.
