The Sabine River Authority of Texas Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan outlines the means the Authority will use to promote water conservation: education and information programs; conservation oriented rate structures; universal metering and meter repair and replacement; leak detection and repair program; target per capita use; recycling and reuse programs; technical assistance in development of conservation plans; and enforcement.

Revised December, 1999, March 2002, and March 2005

Adopted by the Sabine River Authority of Texas Board of Directors, Resolution No. 596, October 12, 2006.
