Sabine River Authority of Texas Parks
The Sabine River Authority manages several parks throughout the Sabine Basin, Texas

Recreation Areas

Sabine Basin Texas Campgrounds and Parks
There are many private and public campgrounds in the Sabine Basin.
Sabine Basin Texas Lakes
Sabine Basin lakes include Lake Fork, a world-renowned bass fishing which is home to the Texas large mouth bass state record, and Toledo Bend Reservoir, the largest man-made reservoir in the South.
Sabine Basin Texas Wildlife Management Areas
Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs) are areas of land preserved as a natural wildlife habitat and managed by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
Sabine National Forest
The Sabine National Forest includes 157,951 acres in Jasper, Sabine, San Augustine, Newton, and Shelby Counties. Many locations have camping facilities.
